The website will be built using WordPress and will include a free SSL certificate. This means your website will be served securely over HTTPS.
Logo and branding design are not included in this package. Please provide your existing logo and branding materials.
Up to 9 informative pages and 1 contact form (form submissions will be emailed directly to you).
All content should be provided in a clear and correct format. And images send to us should be in high definition.
Minimal customization is included, such as logo replacement and image changes within the selected theme.
Any add-ons, revisions, or changes requested after the agreed quote and handover will incur additional charges.
Price does not include any additional third-party services your website may require. These will be clearly communicated before development begins.
Includes up to 10 email addresses, each with 100MB of storage. Please note that these email accounts cannot be used for spam or mass marketing, or your hosting account may be suspended.
Includes 1 year of free .com domain name (subject to availability) and 1 year of free hosting (limited to 500MB storage and 2GB bandwidth). This offer is only applicable for the first month of subscription. The hosting account must not be used to host illegal, malicious, discriminatory, or harmful content/scripts.
Website support (for website issues) and maintenance (WordPress upgrades and site backups) are included as long as your subscription is active. If you make any changes or modifications to your website, we cannot be held liable. However, we will still assist you in resolving any issues that arise, provided it is within our capabilities.
Important: If you violate our Terms of Service, including but not limited to the abuse of your website, hosting account and/or our support and maintenance services, we reserve the right to terminate your subscription and/or hosting account immediately.
Once you’ve selected a template and provided all necessary materials, we can typically complete your website within 5 business days. Please note that this timeframe may vary during peak seasons or if customization is required.

Yes, you can. In that case, you would only need to subscribe for one month of the monthly subscription.
Yes, you can. Even if it’s your first month. However, please note that the cancellation request must be submitted to us at least 3 days in advance and will be effective starting the following month.
We only offer a single package, as our experience indicates that the majority of businesses necessitate no more than 9 informative pages for their websites. Should you require additional pages or specific customizations, please inform us, and we will provide a tailored assessment and quotation.
Yes, our designer can create a logo for you and even branding identify. Please share your ideas or concepts, and we will provide a pricing quote.
Yes, once the website development is complete. You can add and update pages yourself. Our support services will remain available if you require assistance or inadvertently encounter any difficulties (provided the issue is fixable).
No. All aspects of the website development process will be conducted remotely. You will communicate with us entirely via email and submit all your website content electronically. The payment should be made online or via bank transfer upon website completion prior to delivery.
Yes, you can. However, please note that there will be additional charges.
Yes, you can. However, we cannot be held liable for any damages that may occur as a result of such changes or modifications. Nonetheless, we will still do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that arise, provided it is within our capabilities.
No payment is required from our side until the website is complete and you are satisfied. Full payment is due before the handover. And please note that any third-party fees or subscriptions incurred will be your responsibility.
If you choose the yearly subscription, full payment for all 12 months is required upfront, and no refunds are allowed. If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with the monthly subscription instead.
Yes, you can, but no refund will be provided. The development cost has been factored into the 12-month subscription, so even if you cancel after the first month, the full 12-month payment is still required. Thank you for your understanding.
Yes, we can. We offer e-commerce website development services as well. Please contact us for further information.
Please note that the included hosting plan has limitations on storage space and bandwidth. Once you reach the storage limit, you won’t be able to upload additional files. If your bandwidth usage exceeds the limit, your website may be temporarily suspended.
While most informative websites won’t exceed these limits, it’s important to be aware of these restrictions. If your website’s traffic grows significantly, you may need to upgrade your hosting plan to accommodate the increased demand.
